There are multiple ways to pay. The fastest would be card or Zelle. Find more information for each payment method below.
Community and Facility Dues are due by March 1st. After March 31st Facility dues are subject to a $50 late fee, and community dues are subject to $25 late fee

- All benefits of Community Membership
- Access to junior Olympic-size swimming pool and children's pool.
- Join youth SteepleStation Swim Team
- Access to all Tennis Courts, and ALTA, USTA Leagues
- Ability to rent facility pavilion. *additional fees apply
- Exclusive Facility parties and events.
- Voting privileges on all SRHA Community and Facility proposals.
Community
$150/Year
- Landscaping, lighting, and maintenance of entrances and common grounds.
- Holiday decorations at all subdivision entrances.
- Community Social Functions
- Graduation Banner at all entrances: additional fees apply
- Voting privileges on SRHA Community proposals
- Yard of the Month and Holiday Decorating contest entry
- Neighborhood Crime Watch alerts.
