Steeplechase Neighbors, our pool is being prepped for our May 12th opening and our pool deck is getting a face-lift.
Please be aware that the pool was drained on Thursday 3/28 to begin this process.
On Saturday 3/30, our pool company will begin pressure washing the deck and the pool itself. For safety and quality control, no residents should be on the pool deck over the next few days.
Next week, the pool will be refilled and the system will begin treating the water. Also, the process of resurfacing our pool deck will be ongoing. While this is happening, no one can be on the deck.
Please heed any signs posted. We’ll keep you posted on progress and expected completion dates. We hope to be done by the weekend of 4/6-4/7.
